As part of Cottingham Heritage Open Days the gardens will be open on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 10am to 4pm.See here for more information.
October 2026
The Friends of Thwaite Gardens AGM and Autumn Meeting will be held at the gardens on Sunday 25th October 2026. The gardens will be open from 12.30 until 3pm. The AGM will be held at 1pm and at 1.30pm Bob Hall will be giving a talk: “ Birds of North Cave Wetlands and Thwaite Mini-Beasts”. Refreshments available. Members free, non-members £2.
