The Friends of Thwaite Gardens Open Day will be held on Sunday 17 May 2026, 11am – 4pm.
The gardens will be open to members of the Friends and members of the public. Come and explore the glasshouses and gardens. There will be tree walks and a variety of plants for sale. The ‘All for One’ choir will be singing for us again. Refreshments available.
Friends of Thwaite Gardens Members free. Non-members £5. Under 16s free.
June 2026
The gardens will be open for Cottingham Open Gardens in aid of Dove House Hospice, Sunday 21 June 10am to 4pm. See here for more information.
August 2026
The Gardens will be open Sunday 9th and 23rd August 11am to 3pm.
Friends of Thwaite Gardens Members free. Non-members £2.
September 2026
As part of Cottingham Heritage Open Days the gardens will be open on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 10am to 4pm.See here for more information.
